On January 2, 1012, the West Conshohocken Municipal Authority was dissolved and all the Authoritys functions were
absorbed by the Borough of West Conshohocken.  Starting with this statement all further payments pertaining
to any and all sewer related issues are to be made payable to: WEST CONSHOHOCKEN SEWER FUND.

Payment can be made in person accompanied with bill stub at the Susquehanna Bank  at the corner of Fayette and 9th Streets in Conshohocken.
